Sunday 2nd June 2019, Ehrenberg.
Today was always going to be the longest ride this week. I hadn’t realised though the remoteness and the desert that I was crossing. It wasn’t until late afternoon that I felt confident that I would reach my destination.
Wonderful ride though through some amazing scenery.
Although starting out with 6 litres of water filled up at every available opportunity.
Second longest daily ride both in distance and time, 153 km and 8.5 hours riding.
Very tough but a terrific day. Tomorrow a rest day which I think it will be as there isn’t much to see around here.
Now in Arizona.

A monument describing this as a pre Columbus Indian trail.
