Wagga Wagga

Friday 10th May 2019, Wagga Wagga.

The Tichborne trial. The heir to the Tichborne estates in Hampshire was supposedly drowned en route to South America when the ship he was travelling in sunk. An inhabitant of Wagga Wagga subsequently claimed to be him and ended up being put on trial and found guilty in the longest trial in British legal history.
